The intention of the Career Development Program is to produce higher levels of employee engagement and productivity by aligning the goals of the individual with the strategy of the organisation. NHV's five step process includes;
Self Assessement - In depth assessment of personality traits, values, motives and interests. Analysis of current skill set and possibly gaps.
Goals and Objectives - Drawing on information gathered, formulate focused career plans, development goals and objectives.
Alignment of Objectives - Are the goals and objectives realistic within the context of the role? What are the benefits of the objectives to the organisation?
Personal Development Plan - Implementing the same approach to any other project or business plan; goals, action steps, people involved, time frames.
Implementing Personal Development Plan - Utilising key approaches help to ensure that the individual stays focused on their development.
