The NHV Career Management program is designed to assist you in goal setting, planning, direction and subsequently achieving your career goals, such that you are successful and fulfilled with your career.  By working through the program alongside one of our qualified career coaches, you will begin to heighten your self-awareness, gain insight into your attitudes, skills, values and career objectives. Our consultants work with individuals at varying stages of their work life. You may be contemplating a change in career, looking to retire from the workforce, wanting to start your own business or unsure as to the direction in which you would like to proceed. Regardless of your current situation, our Career Management program will provide value and clarity on the direction and path forward for you. Our Career Management programs are tailored specifically to suit your needs and hence vary in duration and content. During and intitial (free) consultation, we will assess and agree upon content, length and objectives of your program, allowing us to match you with a suitable NHV career coach.
